How has the media protrayed cloning?

Media affects the way many people think about certain subjects. They are able to persuade you to think a particular way about a topic. Cloning is a topic which they can easily make you change your mind about. You’ll go back and forth thinking whether it is right or wrong. The media portrays cloning in movies very often. It might not exactly be cloning of a human child but cloning a body part. One of those types of movies is I, Robot. Another is Jurassic Park when they dig and find some sort of mosquito that is in a type of hardened sap. They take that to a lab and take its DNA and find out it dates back to the time of the dinosaurs. So they clone its DNA and bring back dinosaurs. I think that the media portrays cloning as a bad thing because it always shows that bad side of it. Like in movies with robots and “fake” body parts they make it seem as if we are going to have super human strength and defeat all the villains and that robots might take over our world. Also in Jurassic Park they brought back dinosaurs without taking precautions on how they would survive in the environment and if it would make like more dangerous for us. The media shows us the bad side and that things go wrong although they don’t show you how it might change someone’s life that might die if they do not get that cloned heart or what ever it is.
